We purchase from manufacturers that carry a wide variety of stock, leading us to provide you good quality apparel at a low wholesale price. .

What is your return Policy?

We do not accept returns on sale items or sizing errors on your behalf. We only refund or offer exchanges under extreme circumstances. Any items that get returned must be in the same condition as when received and all tags must be attached, otherwise the item will get returned back to you..

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if for any reason you are not satisified with your purchase, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

For returns other than the wrong item being shipped or defects, we allow store credit

Is there a minimum item order?

There is no minimum order on any of our products, however, we do have wholesale apparel that can be purchased in larger orders for a greater discount. Please contact us for further details.

How long does it take to ship?

It can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on your location.

Do you have a store I can go to try anything on?

Unfortunately not. We deal exclusively online. If you have any other questions about our items, please feel free to contact us and a representative will respond within 24 hours.

Do you have everything available that´s offered in your website?

For the most part yes. Sometimes an item may not be available, however, if this is the case, we will try to let you know ahead of time before you place your order.

How do I place an order with you?

You can select items from our product list and then add them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished your shopping, you can click on ´check out´.

A confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to you before your paypal invoice.

 Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, however, shipping rates are much more costly when shipping over seas and we cannot guarantee a time frame of when you will receive your order. Please note that a tracking number is not provided for orders placed over seas.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping rates are set at per amount, however, this is for Canadian residents only.

Are all of your items brand new?

Yes, all of our items are brand new with tags. Some items might have authenticity and care cards, dust bags and the actual retail prices attached to them.

Can I change or cancel an order after I have placed it?

After payment has been made, your order is already in the process of being placed at the warehouse. We strongly advise you not to make a payment until you are absolutely confident about your order.

Does vipsstyle.com share the information it receives?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others.

Are you an authorized agent, distributor or dealer of any Designer Labels whose products are posted and offered in your web site?

No, We do not buy directly from the distribution channels of any Brand Name Company, therefore we do not provide " Authorized Trade Mark Paperwork". Only the Name Brand owner of the " trade mark" can provide those papers for you.

We are strictly an independent online wholesale and retail supplier of apparel..not sponsored, endorsed, contracted or affiliated by any of the companies which products you will view in our web site.

Are all of your items Authentic?

While many of the products we sell on our website are infact authentic, we also sell grade AAAA quality replicas. 

They have all of the proper labeling in all the correct places, lining, stitching, and packaging, and are all of the highest quality you should expect.

After doing alot of research, we came to the conclusion that many authentic designer products can only be bought from an authorized dealer, at a boutique, and at designer prices.

There are many self proclaimed retail and wholesale distributers of designer apparel that are in the business of scamming you with false beliefs.

It is not our intention to harm or dilute the name of these designers, their products, or sales or to infringe upon registered trademarks.
